Disclaimer: This research-only project is not intended as a diagnostic algorithm for bone tumors. It calculates and compares pretest probabilities of selected primary malignant bone tumors based on the SEER (Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results Program) database with a naive Bayesian approach. The calculations are not sufficient for medical decisions/diagnosis and do not replace the judgement of a radiologist; calculations have not been validated with external datasets. We do not take legal responsibility for any injury and/or damage inflicted to persons or property based on the calculations provided herein.
